Program Description
The outreach program provides crisis intervention, education, and counseling services in Garland, Mesquite, and surrounding areas. Victims in need of services other than shelter or those who have left the shelter can access these services, and all services in the outreach program are free of charge.

Clients can participate in group and individual counseling and receive case management services, including emergency rental assistance, food pantry, and connection to educational/vocational resources and legal services. Services are offered in Spanish and English in the Garland office. Those living in or near Mesquite can call the Garland office and ask to schedule an appointment in Mesquite.
